Why a home inspector?

Even if this isn't your first home, it's still one of the biggest and most important purchases you will make in your life.

It's important to know the condition of the home that you are buying. Is the electrical work up to standards? Are there conditions that could require immediate and costly attention? Will the roof need to be repaired soon?

Keep track of important course information like assignment due dates, exams and grade postings.

Don't wait until it's too late if you have concerns about your child's progress. Keep in touch with their teacher and contact them if you're concerned.
