Inspections
Whether you are buying or selling a
home, it is important to enlist the
services of a professional home inspector.
You can find a list of Registered Home
Inspectors on the Canadian Association of
Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) website
by visiting www.cahpi.ca.
Why a home inspector?
Even if this isn't your first home, it's still one of the
biggest and most important purchases you will make
in your life.
It's important to know the condition of the home that you are buying. Is the electrical work up to standards? Are there conditions that could require immediate and costly attention? Will the roof need to be repaired soon?
These are just a few of the things that a professional home inspector will help to determine.
