Service was upfront, fast, polite, treated fairly with dignity and respect, and even a couple laughs. Richard took the time to answer ALL related questions we had. We're getting all our debt under one roof, not owning anyone anything outside our mortgages. 40 years at the same bank and they could not help us, even with all the equity we have. Pleasant doing business with Richard and Capital Direct.

Website was very easy to follow; response time with questions and concerns was good; heard about Capital Direct from advertising and have family members who recommended. Was looking for debt consolidation, then allowing for moneys for other things like home renos etc. My consultant was very helpful and gave a lot of additional advice that I really appreciated and made me feel better about the situation that I was in. Have mortgage that now allows me to progress ahead with a savings plan and to do some renos on our home.

I visited your website and was impressed with what I saw. I was looking to consolidate debts; finish house renovations such as master bedroom en suite, downstairs bathroom, and laundry room. The mortgage consultant was pleasant and not pushy; knew what they were talking about and made us feel comfortable as we moved through the process.
