I visited your web site and was impressed with what I saw. I felt that Capital Direct could be the right solutions to help me lower my mortgage payment and add property tax to it. I was looking for a lender that would treat me better than my previous lender (RBC) and help me improve my cash flow. Capital Direct was the right choice. I really liked my mortgage consultant, Sophia. Now I have a mortgage payment that fits my budget.

I used my home to deal with all my debts and do a few small home improvements. Initially I didn't know if this was the best course of action... it took me 3 months to decide. The web site assured me that a home equity loan will help me organize my money, and it really has! I was really impressed with how I was handled, and was not made to feel like this was not good for me. Ron explained every thing to me, and made it easy to understand. I needed some breathing room in my financial life but I didn't want to dig myself deeper. In the high price real estate market, it's extremely difficult to afford a nice home with a manageable mortgage payment but still be able to enjoy life.
