We didn't know what was involved in a home equity loan. Richard was very helpful and thorough in explaining and providing us with the info we needed. Richard made it very easy for us to understand the process, and he got back to me in a timely manner. We have breathing room to rebuild our credit. Keep doing what you are doing!
