Richard was very professional in dealing and explaining the full process. He was very prompt in responding to my questions. Capital Direct helps us to ease the burden of debts that are high interest - we're able to pay down the debt at a lower cost. There was less red tape compared to the banks. When the bank said 'No' Capital Direct said 'Yes'.
