I wanted to pay off debts and finish a basement suite. Sophia showed my that my situation wasn't hopeless - made me see that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Sophia was a great mortgage consultant and explained everything to me. I can now fix up my home and get an income from my basement suite. It has relieved a lot of stress from me.
