My spouse is self-employed, so it is difficult to obtain credit from traditional lending sources (banks, credit unions). Once options were discussed with Richard, I was satisfied that a financial plan could work. I would recommend Capital Direct highly because of the wonderful service I received. Richard not only thoroughly explained the credit, repayment terms, etc, but he also discussed options for financial planning in the future.

I found all the people I came into contact with at Capital Direct to be extremely friendly and helpful (on the phone and in person). I know it seems like a small thing, but the lady at reception who brought me a cup of tea made me feel right at home and very welcome. Now I have the funds from the equity in my home and I'm able to do the things I wanted to do. I can go to sleep at night without the weight of the world on my shoulders.

It was nice to deal with a consultant who put a personal touch on the experience (unlike another mortgage company we worked with).
