I wanted some extra funds and cash for renovations to my home. The consultant was very pleasant and very comfortable to talk to. Everything was explained very well. I was looking to lower my mortgage payment and at the same time pay off some debt. I talked to Sophia and explained my situation to her. She was absolutely wonderful and so easy to work with. I wanted to get a lower interest rate and free up cash flow to renovate my home and fix up my car. I'd dealt with the banks before but your mortgage consultant was very clear and helpful regarding the home equity loan. I recommend Capital Direct because Cherie was more than helpful and kept her commitments. I now have a mortgage payment that fits my budget.

When I was looking for pre-approval for a home I wanted to buy, a friend recommended Capital Direct to me. Because I had only dealt with my own bank previously I wasn't sure if I'd get approved for the amount I wanted to borrow. Everything was laid out very clearly, step-by-step. I now own my own home and the payments are the same if not less than most rent.

We wanted to consolidate our debts and after visiting the website decided to contact you. We weren't sure if re-financing was the best thing to do but our mortgage consultant was very helpful. We'd heard advertisements for years and then friends did a second mortgage loan so they suggested we call one of the offices. I went online and you had the easiest webpage to get direct information and apply online. We consolidated debts with lower monthly payments and less interest. Liked the initial fast service for approval. The service was good and I recommend Capital Direct. It will benefit most people with interest rates that are not high like credit cards.

I am a present client and wanted to consolidate 1st and 2nd mortgages. The rate was good and I didn't have to go looking for someone on my own not knowing if I'd qualify for a mortgage on my own. Everything including my car is paid off and my payments are quite a bit less per month. Olivia was very helpful and friendly and made this a very easy process. I've already told one friend.
