I read about Capital Direct on the net and checked it out. I was impressed with the ad and the people's comments, so I gave it a try and am very happy. I liked the mortgage consultant that I worked with, he kept me informed and was very polite and helpful. This was great for anyone that needs help and the banks don't want to help. We own our own home but needed some help with bills and to up grade my vehicle. Someone helped us and we are grateful for this extra money to get things all caught up again.

We wanted to consolidate debts including credit cards, etc. It is new territory for us as we usually deal with banks. We did not know how this experience would evolve. After speaking with the mortgage consultant we worked with, she explained the process and was very helpful with our questions. We have one payment that fits our budget needs and that is a big reason for asking for the mortgage. Carry on with the great customer service and prompt replies to telephone calls and email.
