Thank you for making this a quick and easy process. I would recommend Capital Direct because from the first phone call the process was very informative, professional, and quick. I immediately felt at ease with my consultant about the whole process. I had only ever dealt with banks, and was not fully knowledgeable of all that is involved with borrowing. I made the call and Richard, my consultant, explained everything to me in full.

Capital Direct - Knowledgeable, Compassionate and Professional
We worked with a very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional mortgage consultant. We normally deal with a bank and were unsure of the process with Capital Direct. The process was relatively simple and much more efficient than dealing with a typical financial institution. A pleasure to deal with Greg and all the friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. I felt like I was somebody - not just a statistic on a survey. Peace of mind, simplify to one bill, complete repairs on a great home - without Capital Direct, it would have been harder to do.
