Quick service and really professional employees
Quick service and really professional employees. The talks between me and Greg were stress free and he made me feel good about my decision compared to the bank that make you feel like crap when you want to borrow your own house equity. Greg went ab ove and beyond with us. I would sure give him the month employee award.

Thank you Capital Direct. Richard has been most helpful! I like their flexible options: FlexiLine vs HomeEquity. My biggest concern was possible high interest rate compared to traditional banks/lenders. But Capital Direct's flexible "open period" helped sway my decision.
