Whenever I hear Capital Direct advertise on TV or radio, I say thank you for my roof out-loud. Great service. It felt like a good choice and ended up being the best choice to get our second mortgage with Capital Direct. The process was fairly smooth and stress free. I had only ever dealt with banks before learning about Capital Direct. I didn't know what was involved in borrowing on a home equity loan but our mortgage consultant explained everything in detail and I spoke to satisfied clients of Capital Direct. Yes, I was very happy and I liked the mortgage consultant I was working with. I would recommend it highly.

Capital Direct was very helpful
It's not a shame to have to go to a lender outside your bank when times are hard for everyone and you don't feel you can ask those closest to you for help knowing they are struggling as well. I was reluctant at first as it is an additional expense but Capital Direct and Macy have been extremely helpful in working the payments I can manage.
