We were impressed with the entire process. Approval process was much less stringent than other places, making it easier for us to qualify.

Dealt with banks only before. I didn't know what was involved in borrowing on a home equity loan. Our consultant explained everything in detail - was informative and professional. We have the cash flow needed to consolidate our debts and make our monthly expenses more manageable. Service was well coordinated and prompt. Keep up the good work. We wanted funds to complete the renovation of the bathroom and kitchen in our condo. We spoke to some other satisfied customers of Capital Direct. I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in the door. I very much enjoyed working with my mortgage consultant, very professional, yet made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The mortgage payment will really help with my budget and let me make improvements to my home, thus making my equity in my house even better.
