Simple steps, good arrangement and thoughtful planning.
I have been a Capital Direct client for several years and have been getting my financial assistance to my needs and satisfaction. I don't need to worry about the monthly payments within the term because it's been arranged. So now, I can focus on my daily tasks and challenges. Great service, easy to do without being overwhelming

Macy has introduced us to stress free options
Only dealt with banks before researching and learning more about Capital Direct. I didn’t really know what was involved in borrowing on a home equity loan until Macy explained. Macy was great in explaining the 2 options: Home Equity Loan & Flexi-Line. Thank you so much Macy and greatly appreciate your knowledge & service!

I can breathe easier with the property taxes paid.

Highly recommend Capital Direct
Highly recommend Capital Direct. I didn't know I could get a mortgage loan from any place other than a bank. Capital Direct was suggested by my broker and after careful investigation I chose Capital Direct.
