I must say that the process by which I applied and received this loan was extremely fast efficient and hospitable! I dealt Richard with who started the process and I finished the deal with Greg. No long drawn out affair, no discomforts at all. The deal was searched and done within a little over a week..... I have recommended your company to others since. I wanted to pay off debts and finish a basement suite. Sophia showed my that my situation wasn't hopeless - made me see that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Sophia was a great mortgage consultant and explained everything to me. I can now fix up my home and get an income from my basement suite. It has relieved a lot of stress from me.
