Using the funds to do repairs to a house to prepare for sale. Capital Direct is easier to deal with than banks and credit unions. Friendlier staff than the banks, quicker to answer questions than the bank, less time consuming than bank appointments. Thanks

I wanted to pay off debts and finish a basement suite. Sophia showed my that my situation wasn't hopeless - made me see that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Sophia was a great mortgage consultant and explained everything to me. I can now fix up my home and get an income from my basement suite. It has relieved a lot of stress from me.
