I found all the people I came into contact with at Capital Direct to be extremely friendly and helpful (on the phone and in person). I know it seems like a small thing, but the lady at reception who brought me a cup of tea made me feel right at home and very welcome. Now I have the funds from the equity in my home and I'm able to do the things I wanted to do. I can go to sleep at night without the weight of the world on my shoulders.
