I read about Capital Direct on the net and checked it out. I was impressed with the ad and the people's comments, so I gave it a try and am very happy. I liked the mortgage consultant that I worked with, he kept me informed and was very polite and helpful. This was great for anyone that needs help and the banks don't want to help. We own our own home but needed some help with bills and to up grade my vehicle. Someone helped us and we are grateful for this extra money to get things all caught up again.

We wanted to consolidate debts including credit cards, etc. It is new territory for us as we usually deal with banks. We did not know how this experience would evolve. After speaking with the mortgage consultant we worked with, she explained the process and was very helpful with our questions. We have one payment that fits our budget needs and that is a big reason for asking for the mortgage. Carry on with the great customer service and prompt replies to telephone calls and email.

We saw an advertisement and came and talked to Sophia. Her customer service was great, she explained everything and made sure we understood everything. We love how knowledgeable, professional and informative Sophia is. We were able to consolidate our debts and create some cash flow.

Was looking to consolidate debt, pay off and cancel 2 high interest credit cards, and have a little extra cash to travel with. My mortgage consultant was very good. Good service and communications. I have the money to enjoy the new year debt free. I'm able to cancel my high interest credit card and create a budget.

Very professional service. Macy always worked in my best interest and was patient while we took time deliberating the offer. We're able to pay off debts and make house repairs (roof replacement and deck). Capital Direct feels like a life line! Capital Direct was willing to help us out - they understand the value of our home and this brought great relief to our situation. Website was very easy to follow; response time with questions and concerns was good; heard about Capital Direct from advertising and have family members who recommended. Was looking for debt consolidation, then allowing for moneys for other things like home renos etc. My consultant was very helpful and gave a lot of additional advice that I really appreciated and made me feel better about the situation that I was in. Have mortgage that now allows me to progress ahead with a savings plan and to do some renos on our home.
