The customer service was excellent. Every time I called, there was always someone who was very patient with me and had answers to all the questions I asked. Greg and Stephanie are amazing. Thank you to them and the support staff. I didn't feel pressured, and Capital Direct had much more flexible repayment options. I would certainly recommend Capital Direct - great job!
