I have only dealt with banks before and never looked into a second mortgage. Manny explained what was involved and eased my mind. We've paid off a credit card that has high interest and improved our cash flow and have funds for home improvement projects. I would recommend Capital Direct because Manny made the experience less daunting. It was actually an experience less intimidating than dealing with a bank.
