Service was upfront, fast, polite, treated fairly with dignity and respect, and even a couple laughs. Richard took the time to answer ALL related questions we had. We're getting all our debt under one roof, not owning anyone anything outside our mortgages. 40 years at the same bank and they could not help us, even with all the equity we have. Pleasant doing business with Richard and Capital Direct.
