Working with Capital Direct allowed us to consolidate high interest credit cards and do some home renovations. Richard was very attentive to our needs and is a true professional. We wanted to consolidate our debts and after visiting the website decided to contact you. We weren't sure if re-financing was the best thing to do but our mortgage consultant was very helpful. We have the ability to pay off debts. We would recommend Capital Direct to anyone because they treated us with respect and didn't judge us like most banks.

The advice on the web site really made sense. After the initial contact with Richard, I ran the numbers and realized that it made sense for me to consolidate my debts at a lower interest rate and increase my cash flow. Plus Richard was very helpful and non-judgmental. By not paying high interest on the credit cards, I can now move more quickly at reducing my debt load at the same time as investing more into my home. The process was clean, quick, and our plans are now achievable.

He was very helpful and compassionate and reinforced the numbers for me, and presented me with more than one option. We were interested in doing some home renovations and heard from friends that we could use the equity in our home to finance such things. As far as plans, we are hoping to renovate our home and thereby increase the value of it. Before talking to Capital Direct, we were concerned about interest rate and repayment terms. Richard explained in detail about all the mortgage terms. Richard was prompt in responding to all questions we had. We now have the money to complete renovations with an added cushion for everything unexpected that may come up during the renovation. I would recommend this agency because of the outstanding service. Capital Direct accepted and approved my application for a loan and I was able to take care of my debt at a lower interest rate. It was really nice to free up some extra cash flow right away and to save in the long-term with a lower interest rate.
