My mortgage consultant, Greg, was very informative. He answered all my questions easily, while listening to all my concerns and reasons why I needed the mortgage. We found the right plan to suit my requirements - no cookie cutter plan. He gave me time to think and process - I never felt pressured. Made the process smooth and convenient. Thank you Greg! Your receptionists were extremely professional on the phone and in person. As the first voice / face for Capital Direct, they are the first impression of the company. It was refreshing to hear a smile through the phone and be welcomed warmly for my appointment.

My experience with Capital Direct was fast and easy. Greg treated me with respect and care. The service was incredible and the funds are received much faster than the bank can offer. Capital Direct also doesn't make you feel bad about borrowing, as I experienced at my bank.
