I had only ever dealt with banks before learning about Capital Direct. I didn't know what was involved in borrowing on a home equity loan but our mortgage consultant explained everything in detail and I spoke to satisfied clients of Capital Direct. Yes, I was very happy and I liked the mortgage consultant I was working with. I would recommend it highly.

Capital Direct was very helpful
It's not a shame to have to go to a lender outside your bank when times are hard for everyone and you don't feel you can ask those closest to you for help knowing they are struggling as well. I was reluctant at first as it is an additional expense but Capital Direct and Macy have been extremely helpful in working the payments I can manage.

The service has been excellent
The service has been excellent. I wish I could say the same for our bank. I particularly enjoyed working with Stephanie. She has been extremely professional. A real fem. She has been very approachable on every level, answered all our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the product and explained everything to us in a very professional manner.
