I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in the door. I very much enjoyed working with my mortgage consultant, very professional, yet made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The mortgage payment will really help with my budget and let me make improvements to my home, thus making my equity in my house even better. Spoke to Richard at Capital Direct on Tuesday, approved by Thursday, signed all paper work by Friday. That's good enough reason for me to recommend Capital Direct, don't you think? Richard at Capital Direct explained everything in detail. I have some cash flow now and built a beautiful 3rd bathroom in my home. Keep doing what you're doing, because I was beyond satisfied, excellent service, great people to help you when you need it. Thank you Richard and staff.
