We were looking to fix up our house in order to get maximum value when we sell it. The funds we received will help us reach that goal. The service was professional, quick, and easy. It was nice to deal with a consultant who put a personal touch on the experience (unlike another mortgage company we worked with). We found Richard very easy to work with - he explained everything in detail. He was very quick in responding to any questions we had.
