She seemed to go out of her way to see that my situation was resolved ASAP, to give me the peace of mind to move forward and preserve the memory of my late wife. Didn't know what was involved in borrowing on a home equity loan, but the mortgage broker explained everything in detail. Specifically, I have one small payment at a lower interest rate while freeing up cash flow. I wanted to pay off high interest credit cards at a lower rate. I would recommend Capital Direct because of the rates and because the service was great.

We needed funds for a vehicle purchase. Our mortgage planner, Laura, was excellent about explaining the terms and helping. Having it left open was critical as I anticipate paying this off in one shot. 3 months interest penalty was reasonable for this. I'd recommend Capital Direct because our mortgage planner Laura was excellent.
