Only dealt with banks before researching and learning more about Capital Direct. I didn’t really know what was involved in borrowing on a home equity loan until Macy explained. Getting cash flow
Getting cash flow. It's a viable option outside of the banks. Especially for a startup business or a business attempting to expand. Capital Direct has many options. We appreciate the mortgage is based on equity and not just sales, for us. Unlike the banks who could not help us.
