Great option for self employed people
Great option for self employed people. As a self-employed person to deal with a private lender was my only option for HELOC. If you are self-employed there is no embarrassment with Capital Direct. Banks made me embarrassed as they devalued my income always and would only value my husband's income. This loan puts me up for travel safety, home upgrades and accessible emergency fund. Also, our consultant Nicholas was great.

Solution that fits my plan
Solution that fits my plan. I choose to deal with Capital Direct because I'm self-employed and as a result have had a hard time dealing with banks. The solution I am getting is also flexible and fits my desire to replay the loan quickly. I really appreciated the service I got from my broker Nicholas. He explained all steps to me carefully and he also responded to all my queries quickly. This helped reduce stress when I have lots of things on the go. He also did his best to expedite the process so we wouldn't miss any deadlines.
