It saved the day
It saved the day. I knew the Capital Direct name and you offered what I needed. If you don't have a mortgage with a big bank it's impossible to get a HELOC elsewhere. I didn't want to give up my low interest rate on my first mortgage to get a mortgage and HELOC combo from anyone else now.
