Website was very easy to follow; response time with questions and concerns was good; heard about Capital Direct from advertising and have family members who recommended. Was looking for debt consolidation, then allowing for moneys for other things like home renos etc. My consultant was very helpful and gave a lot of additional advice that I really appreciated and made me feel better about the situation that I was in.
