The mortgage payments for one year will allow me the flexibility to get established here.
I recently purchased a new home in Nova Scotia. The Capital Direct loan will allow me the cash flow to establish myself on the East Coast. Also, it will take the financial burden off my shoulders to begin a new life for myself. I will get back into my teaching career and start out as a supply teacher in the local elementary schools.
I would recommend Capital Direct Lending to family, friends and colleagues because it will allow me the opportunity to stay in my new home and pay it off as much as I can, and in a more stress free approach.

Simple steps, good arrangement and thoughtful planning.
I have been a Capital Direct client for several years and have been getting my financial assistance to my needs and satisfaction. I don't need to worry about the monthly payments within the term because it's been arranged. So now, I can focus on my daily tasks and challenges. Fast, great service. The agent was very helpful and informative.
I wanted to get money faster than the bank for expenses for a wedding and some renovations. I started with the bank and they were requiring too much info and it was going to take 3 months. I now have the cash flow that I need.
